Rules & Predecents:
PASSED - 4/4/97 (original rules meeting)

I. As with Microleague, 25-man rosters will be used. There will be no limit on hitters or pitchers carried so long as the total is 25.

II. Injuries will be used in the post-season.
III. If a player is injured in a post-season series, he can be replaced by a B-town player but is then ineligible for the balance of that series, regardless of when he returns from injury. An injured player can return to play in the series if he is not replaced. Injuries do not carry over from series to series.

IV. Fatigue factors will be used. Fatigue will not be carried over from series to series.
V. Interleague players' stats will be combined for purposes of drafting and playing.
VI. For purposes of the 162-game season, playoff settings (i.e. - injuries, fatigue) will be used.
VII. Modified stadiums (i.e. - custom built stadiums) can't be smaller or larger than the smallest or largest major league stadiums in any regard.
VIII. Any park (old or current) on the disk is legal for use.
IX. Stadiums can be changed from year-to-year but not within a season. Also, stadium backdrops can be crossed with the parameters of other parks.
X. Stadiums can be protected by owners. With permission from the owner who had the stadium first, stadiums can be shared in the same season. Stadiums can also be shared if two or more owners drop a stadium and choose the same replacement stadium for the same year.
XI. Only pitchers with starter ratings can start.
XII. All other rules from Microleague Era, including unlimited protection, league champ picking last in draft, minimums for records, and the DH needing unanimous vote to be abolished carry over to Strat Era.
